Box Love Round 2

Sophistication and Daddy got to shop too!

Your box contents and why I "We" picked them for you!

Fun Years Pirate Cove Playset
Fun Years Pirate Pals Figures

These are the items that my hubby picked out.

Even though you didn't say that S likes pirates my husband LOVES them and said we HAD to get this for your little guy.  He said, "He's still young and will grow into the pirate's!"

20 piece basic train set
extra trains
10 pack rails

You put that your little guy likes Thomas the Tank Engine and I recently purchased these for all my nephews for their second birthdays.  The box does say 3+ so they do need to be supervised but I haven't met a toddler yet who doesn't love this train set, including my own!  This set should work with other brands as well.  I've personally never had issues combining this set with other name brand ones.

I also included two reusable bags that I found while shopping at Ikea.  I thought you'd be able to store the pirate parts and the train parts when not in use in the two bags because I took everything out of the boxes.

Travel/diaper bag craft kit:

  • 2 boxes of 24 count crayola crayons
  • Sesame Street coloring book
  • 2 Activity Page books
  • 2 paint with water packets
  • Elmo paperback book with read along CD
  • Ipad case: black  Used to put activity pages, etc from above into...
  •  ~ I wrote S's name in fabric paint on this.

I have this in my diaper bag for when we're at restaurants.  My Daughter never likes the restaurant crayons and loves to have lots of color choices so crayons are always a must!  I actually included duplicates so you could use this for a little while longer if you can't find replacements that will fit.

So because I'm from two states depending on the time of year it is, I went with NJ because you live in NY like me too....

I hope you don't already have the book as it's pretty popular.  I just finished reading this myself and actually really liked it.  Now I want to get the rest of the series. :-)

Not only is the book about a girl from Jersey, the author is a NJ native!

The USA version of Kinder Eggs:  Thanks Shanna P for the idea.  These currently are imported by only ONE company in the USA and they are based in NJ, also they can only be purchased at ONE grocery store chain in NJ too!  I know the "toy" is a little old for S but I figure his daddy and him can share it.  So it's a daddy and son present.  ~Or a Mommy and son present if mommy likes Spider Man.

We also went to the shore while we were in NJ this past week.  So I HAD to include some salt water candies.

I truely do hope you all love everything and that it made it there in one piece. :-)

Love The Sundays!

P.S.  I saw you were allergic to cats and dogs and I have 3 cats and 5 dogs so I kept everything except the melt-ables in my car trunk to be safe.  :-)
